We may limit, reject, or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or other unauthorized commercial purchasers.

7. ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
An order confirmation only confirms that we received your order. It does not constitute final acceptance.
We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, prohibited resale, shipping restrictions, or legal compliance. We may request additional information before accepting or shipping an order.
If we reject or cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the cancelled amount.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
If a subscription option is offered, the renewal frequency, price, discount, products included, and other material terms will be disclosed before you complete checkout.
By enrolling, you authorize NATTA to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal until you cancel. Taxes, shipping charges, and product prices may change as disclosed to you and as permitted by law.

Cancel before the next renewal is processed to avoid the next charge. If an order has already been processed or shipped, the applicable guarantee or return policy will govern that order.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund orders already processed.
If your payment method fails, we may retry the charge, request updated payment information, pause the subscription, or cancel it.
9. SHIPPING
We ship only to destinations made available at checkout. Shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an error or want to cancel a pending order, contact support@trynatta.com immediately. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing begins.
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
10. DELIVERY
Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law and the selected carrier terms. A carrier delivery confirmation may be treated as evidence of delivery unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and support@trynatta.com promptly.
11. 60-NIGHT MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
NATTA offers a 60-night money-back guarantee for eligible purchases made directly through https://trynatta.com.
For administration purposes, “60 nights” means sixty (60) calendar days beginning on the date the order is delivered.
To request a refund, email support@trynatta.com within the 60-day period and include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Unless NATTA instructs you otherwise, you do not need to return an opened bottle or pay return shipping. We may request reasonable proof of purchase, delivery, or product condition to prevent fraud or abuse.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original expedited shipping charges, duties, taxes not retained by NATTA, and gift-card purchases may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
The guarantee is limited to one approved guarantee claim per customer, household, or delivery address, unless NATTA states otherwise in writing. The guarantee does not apply to:
(a) purchases from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces;
(b) orders requested after the 60-day period;
(c) fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate claims;
(d) products obtained through giveaways or promotions with no purchase price; or
(e) orders already refunded, disputed, or charged back.
If you receive a guarantee refund and later repurchase NATTA, the repurchased product may not be eligible for another guarantee.
This guarantee does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
12. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@trynatta.com as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number and photographs when available.
We may replace the item, provide store credit, or issue a refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
13. SOCIAL MEDIA
Third-party social platforms are not controlled by NATTA and have their own terms and privacy policies.
Comments and opinions posted by users on social media are their own and do not necessarily reflect NATTA’s views. We may moderate or remove content from pages we control when it violates platform rules, these Terms, or applicable law.
14. REVIEWS, TESTIMONIALS, PHOTOS, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, or other content to NATTA (“Submission”), you represent that:
(a) the Submission is truthful and reflects your genuine experience;
(b) you own or control the necessary rights;

(d) you have disclosed any material connection, incentive, discount, free product, or compensation associated with the Submission.
You grant NATTA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the Submission in connection with NATTA’s business, advertising, Website, email, retail, and social-media activities, subject to applicable law.

We may decline, edit for length or clarity without changing the material meaning, or remove Submissions. We do not guarantee that every Submission will be published.
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees of typical results.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Website and its content—including the NATTA name, logos, product design, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, layouts, software, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to NATTA and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
